Order Editing/ Cancel Policy
At TailorsKnot, all products are personalized, customized, and made-to-order specifically for each customer. Production begins shortly after an order is placed; therefore, order modifications and cancellations are subject to the conditions below.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be accepted, as production work may have already commenced.
Customized orders that have entered production, printing, processing, or dispatch stages cannot be cancelled.
If an eligible cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE for Father’s Day
Due to the high volume of Father’s Day orders and express shipping requests, we are processing and dispatching orders much faster than usual.
Any order edit or cancellation request must be shared with us within *2 hours of placing the order*. After 2 hours, the order may already be moved to production or express dispatch, so we may not be able to edit or cancel it.
Please make sure to check all order details carefully before placing the order, including name, photo, size, color, address, and phone number.

Order Editing
Customers may request modifications to their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Possible modifications may include:
- Name or personalization changes
- Shipping address corrections
- Contact number updates
- Other order-related corrections
All modification requests are subject to production status and feasibility.
Once production has started, order edits may not be possible.
Address Changes
Address change requests can be accommodated only before dispatch (within 24 hours).
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, address changes are subject to courier partner feasibility and cannot be guaranteed.
TailorsKnot shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from address changes requested after dispatch.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and verifying all order details before completing their purchase, including:
- Size selection
- Personalization details
- Shipping address
- Contact information
TailorsKnot shall not be responsible for errors provided by the customer after the order has been placed.
