Order Processing & Production
All products are made-to-order and are manufactured specifically for each customer after the order is placed.
- Standard orders are typically processed, produced, and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
- Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 8–10 business days, depending on the customer's location and courier network availability.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to operational, logistical, weather-related, or courier partner delays.
Express Shipping
For customers who require faster delivery, we offer an Express Shipping Service.
Charges
Express Shipping is available for an additional fee of ₹99 per order, payable along with the product price, for express shipping you will need to mail us at support@tailorsknot.com then our production/shipping will ship your order in express shipping after receiving the charges.
Delivery Timeline
- Express orders are dispatched from our Gujarat fulfillment facility.
- Estimated delivery time for Express Shipping orders is 5–6 business days from the date of order placement.
- Customers located in Gujarat and nearby states such as Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and select serviceable regions may receive their orders earlier depending on courier network performance.
Important Notice
Express Shipping provides priority processing and faster courier service but does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date or time commitment.
Delivery timelines may still be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural calamities
- Transportation disruptions
- Courier partner operational delays
- Remote or difficult-to-service locations
Express Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order at no additional charge.
After 24 hours, production work may have already commenced. Therefore:
- Orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
- Personalized or customized products may not be cancelled once production has started.
Cancellation requests can be submitted through our customer support team.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect contact details
- Refusal to accept the shipment
- Failure to provide required OTP verification
the shipment may be returned to us.
Any reshipment request may attract additional shipping charges of rs199/-.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
We shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Unreachable recipients
Tracking Information
Tracking details are shared once the order has been dispatched.
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
