At TailorsKnot, all products are personalized and made-to-order specifically for each customer.

To make shopping convenient, we offer multiple payment options:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and serviceable locations

Once an order is placed, our team begins the process of creating your customized product. Therefore, we request customers to carefully review their order details, shipping address, and contact information before placing an order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery and cooperate with courier partners for successful delivery, including OTP verification wherever applicable.

Orders returned due to customer-related reasons such as refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or OTP non-verification shall be governed by our Shipping Policy and Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
